| Yes, there is a one time set up charge for all ENGRAVING,PRINTING or EMBOSSING all our products. There will be NO ADDITIONAL SET UP CHARGE if you were to re-order similar products with same, exact logo. |

The warranty doesn't cover parts damaged from impact, unresonable use, or obvious abuse. Should any product featured in this web site becomes unavailable for normal delivery, we will offer a comparable or upgraded product at the same price, to ensure your complete satisfaction. |

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM US FOR PERSONALIZING PRODUCTS? |

| We need you to e-mail us a black and white, vector format file in COREL or ILLUSTRATOR. We can not use JPEG or a 3-dimension artwork for printing/engraving on our products. |

WHAT IS OXIDATION PROCESS? |
| |
| It is a process of color filling that is achieved by applying a special chemical solution onto electroplated and laser engraved surface to make the imprint darker and stand out against the background finish. Recommended on Brushed Chrome & Satin Silver plated finishes. Add $.25 per pen for this service. |
